I called KYPD to repair a broken water pipe in my yard. My experience during the entire process was completely pleasant. Korrie (sp?) in the office is warm and professional. Vova Bilynski diagnosed the issue, wrote the estimate and repaired the line. He was respectful of my property and worked diligently to complete the job well, regardless of the complications he encountered. Communication throughout the process was stellar. The cost was fair and includes a 1-year warranty. If I could give bonus stars, I would.
