Another customer scheduled an appointment, and they arrived on time, found a sewer gas leak using a smoke test, and fixed it. Their technician worked through lunch, reset the toilet, and cleaned up the work site. Customers appreciate that they showed up when said, did not leave a mess, and were very reasonable on the cost of repair.
