Mr. Logan built a custom copper dormer roof vent and a curved copper overhang kit for our backyard shed project, and the results look fantastic. We checked around and his prices were unbeatable, yet the quality and service was top-notch. We highly recommend him and will certainly use his services in the future if we need copper fabrication.

So I found these Yelp reviews after I placed an order for 2 chimney flue extenders. (Models 102). I ordered them in early October 2022. I just received them a few days ago. As noted by the other reviewers, the communication with Grant was not good. Initially he responded quickly but then there was a delay due to a material shortage. I requested an update and he said it should ship at the end of October. In mid November after not receiving any replies to my calls or emails nor a tracking number, I called the credit card company to dispute the transaction. Here's where it gets interesting. I have used Grant's work for 3 jobs. I have always been impressed with his commitment to me the customer. His product is somewhere between manufacturer and craft. So, I think you get what you pay for and he gives good value. I've always felt like I was partnering with him on my jobs.
