“I had an eye exam here yesterday (03/23/2015) and will be taking my family here from now on. First of all, I had heard that there is a big difference between a big-box/retail store eye exam, and a professional eye exam, and I will never be taking my EYES to a grocery store again. Dr. Colwell spent an HOUR with me, thoroughly explained every question I had, and used more lights and fancy microscopes than I have ever experienced before. He even took a picture of the inside of my eye and popped it up on a iPad and explained what he was looking for and if there was anything I should be concerned about. Their approach is obviously quality over quantity and for anyone that appreciates that type of service, i'd strongly recommend them.“

“Doctor Henderson is amazing. I had an appt first & loved her so much. That both my kids go to her now & I brought my mother in today. She is thorough & takes her time. My mother has a fractured back & the visit was kind of difficult for her but the kindness & patience that doctor Henderson showed was so appreciated. May I add that she was able to get my vision to where it needed to be after no luck with my previous doctor & wasted money on contacts that I can't even wear. I'll continue to go to Ms Henderson.“
“As always, Simpson optical is great. They've always given personal, attentive service, and Dr. Bobby is extremely nice and thorough. Though it was a stressful process, he helped rule out a lot of potential issues with my eyes when it was uncertain what was going on. My glasses have also always turned out well.If I had any complaints, it would be that they are quite busy sometimes, and don't always have enough help for how busy they can be. Also, glasses can sometimes take a couple of weeks. Other than that, everything has always been great for the two to three years I've gone there.“

“I love Kentucky Eye Institute. Dr. Timiney is a Rock Star and if you need glasses go there! They are fabulous. In the past my bifocals have been offsides and made me nauseous. My girl at KY Eye Institute put my bifocals on the inside of my lenses...WHAT? You heard me, girl, she put those babies in and not only can you not see them she was spot on, dead center where they need to be. I love wearing my glasses. I forget I have them on. I love her.
