We needed a second opinion regarding our AC unit and duct work and thank God we did!
The first company told us we needed a 5 ton unit and all new duct work ( our home is 5 years old)
I immediately knew I was calling for another opinion. I got a hold of Cornett Mechanical and he came out and explained everything thoroughly so we could understand. He replaced 2 parts and recommended a different filter and our AC has been running perfectly! We are so glad we came across this company. He was prompt, honest and reasonably priced. We will definitely hire him in the future for all maintenance and repairs.
He is the best. His experience and integrity sets him apart from all others. He was able to fix my hvac on first visit, without all the service sales add on (new thermostat, light for algae, hard start kits) and without the ridiculous mark ups.
