We had several contractors come out and attempt to fix/replace our oversized units for our 4 year old house. Finally, we had Comfort Master come out and the difference in this company to the 2 others we had prior was night and day. They ended up replacing both oversized ac units.they also found spots of our duct work that wasn’t connected, and pinched in several spots from when it was installed originally. So they custom designed, and hand built our duct work, replacing the old flimsy builder grade flex duct, and added a whole home dehumidifier connected through our system. We have had Comfort out three times and have had a WONDERFUL experience each time (yes, even though we had to pay them:)

For the first couple of times our builder had installed some venting incorrectly. Figuring out why we were having problems required much problem-solving and even more headaches to fix it. On all the visits, the staff was professional and timely and very, very knowledgeable.

For our most recent need (a detailed inspection for a home sale), we searched and searched our files to find Comfort's name and phone since we could not remember who we used last time but wanted to make sure we used the same company. ... read full review
