Bluegrass Salt Room is a true hidden gem!
I had an amazing experience in the Halo Room. The staff were wonderful—kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I don’t often feel this relaxed, but after my session, I felt an overall sense of calm and wellbeing. My sinuses felt noticeably clearer, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind, breathe easier, and support their wellness naturally!

Had a Reiki session with Tara. The experience was very healing and she makes you feel peaceful within the soothing atmosphere of the salt room. Highly recommend if you have not tried yet!
