Woman that answered phone had her own agenda, she would not listen to our problem she just kept repeating a script and when I told her to quit thinking and talking and start actually listening to us and help us she got mad said I was rude and she was going to hang up on us. But in her eyes ignoring what we said and trying to get us the needed help was okay. Patients are customers but here only the employees are right and are allowed to have feelings not the patients.
Came with my father after a fall. Staff and personnel were all an absolute pleasure and had us in and out with a definite answer in no time!
Just a helpful reminder for anyone who sees this, don't forget that if something has happened and you are truly in severe pain, urgent care won't be able to provide substantive pain relief medication like in the ED. That being said, I would choose here in a heartbeat for anything short of debilitating pain or a clear medical emergency.
Had experience with Baptist health over here, both urgent care and primary, and in general have been very satisfied.
I went here today for labs. It was very quick and very efficient. I am pregnant. The nurse who took my labs was very friendly and she spoke to me about her family. It was a good environment. I would recommend. I was in and out within maybe 30 minutes and this was for a large prenatal panel, plus registration time.
