Everyone needs a little me time now and then and there is no better place in northern KY area. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The masseuse communicated very clearly before beginning (I have a neck issue I wanted to make them aware of) and throughout the entire massage. She took notice of my body language as well... if I tensed up, she eased up. It was an amazing experience that I recommend to all!
This entire location was so positive and welcoming as this was my first massage. They were very mindful of bodily consent and attentive to what I wanted and was comfortable with. I had Jesie who was incredible! Highly recommend.
Rusty is absolutely the bomb. My husband actually signed up for a membership solely based on me raving about her constantly. We've been going to her for years now.The management here is also better than at some of the other Massage Envy's that I've interacted with, so if you had a bad experience elsewhere it might be worth it to try again.
