My experience has been awesome. All employees are top notch and professional. The Dr shares information that is important to my vision. appointments are clear and concise. Well Done! and excellent group!

Every single employee I interacted with was professional and helpful, and at no point tried to sell me something I didn't want or need (a frequent problem I've had previously). Dr. Michael and his staff were all awesome and eliminate any hesitation I have about going to an optometrist. Bonus: online scheduling and ordering is super easy.

Overall, I was pleased, at least with the beginning of my appointment. However, the woman who helped me at the end of my visit with purchasing glasses was, overall, an incredibly rude person. She dismissed multiple questions I asked regarding glasses and sunglasses and wouldn't discuss package deals with me. Continuously, she spoke down to me. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this location.
