Called for 3 days at different times trying to make an appointment finally someone answered the phone, told me they had nothing available.

I just wanted to get my hair trimmed today so I made an appointment YESTERDAY which I had to stop in to do in person since the phone number doesn't work - hasn't worked for 2 days ("the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time" )- which I informed the person who was there, who acted like she didn't know, but she scheduled the appointment and took MY phone number. But guess what - I show up and there is NOBODY THERE - sign in the window says OPEN. Nobody called me to cancel and even though I tried to call to confirm you would be open with the weather the PHONE STILL DOESN'T WORK. So inconsiderate, disrespectful, and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would have understood if you hadn't wasted my time but you obviously have time for social media, just not time to make sure potential customers don't waste their time showing up for an appointment you have no intention of maintaining the commitment to yourself. All you had to do was call or have a working business phone number. So much for supporting local small businesses.
