Healthpoint Family Care - Newport Office is a well-regarded healthcare facility known for its excellent service. Patients praise the thorough care provided by the doctors, including Dr. Lowe, who take the time to go over things. The office is spotless and staff is extremely nice and caring. Appointments are efficiently managed, and after-hours urgent care is available. Patients appreciate the wonderful treatment they receive from the doctors and dentists, as well as the helpful staff.
I see the nest provider, Nurse Thomas and she is amazing. The front desk staff is great. Now the patient's are not people I would associate with. But if you need good, reliable, fast care that accepts most insurances they can take care of you. The building is clean, nice parking lot and accepting patients when other providers have a large back log/ wait time to schedule with. Im not a fan of the patient portal but I am a fan of my favorite provider! Excellent credentials & kind beside manner Nurse K. Thomas, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC!
I had a bad tooth infection and couldn’t get in anywhere to get a root canal anytime soon, ultimately I decided it would be better for me to pull it due to multiple infections on the same tooth and also I didn’t want to pay $2k out of pocket for a root canal at the only place that could get me in within a decent time. I saw the emergency dental first, I was expecting to wait hours but was called back before I even finished my paperwork. The dentist agreed with me that it would be a good idea to pull it and was able to get me in two days later with an appointment booked to do the procedure.
