I been there in the past when the old owner ran it wasn't happy they didn't have a card reader to pay and place over power with cigarette smoke the new owners now have a card reader the place didn't have smoke the guy was super helpful i had hard time finding a place get a certain key copy this guy took a great effort in finding the best key size to match I had 6 copy made and im happy say that all 6 keys work!!! I highly recommend this place and will continue to do business with them if I could id give 100 stars

4 years ago when we opened Bob had helped explain the use of our lock free of charge. Yesterday we called them for service and Bob showed up again in less than 4 business hours, had the right parts on his van, fixed the lock in less than 15 minutes and was a very pleasant gentleman with professionalism. I walked in and asked if she could make the key I needed. She said yes and quickly made me two copies. I paid and left. Exactly what I expected. Friendly enough, efficient, and affordable. What more could you ask for?
