We called bcz our furnace wasn't working. Cole came out the very next day and had it up and running and they saved us money. We appreciate the great work and customer service they provided to us. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Cole!!! Happy New Year!

Highly recommend!! Our air unit was 16 years old & went out the weekend of July 4th around 5:00pm. I called Thorntons and got their emergency line & someone was here within 15-20 minutes to diagnose the problem. We decided to go with a new unit, so they got it running good enough to last us until they could get here to put the new one in. They showed up on time and were done within the day when it could have been a 2 day job! Can not speak highly enough of them!
