I really like the variety of group classes available at convenient morning times. The swimming pool is amazing. There are many swim classes available too. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions. It’s a good place to work out.

The staff are very helpful and upbeat. The classes are fun and the pool is beautiful and bright. You can work out as hard as you want or as light as you need to in any class. And if classes aren't for you there's plenty of equipment to go around.

Had first evaluation for Physical Therapy. Got a schedule set up. Looking forward to improving mobility and strength.Improving with each visit in strength and balance.Still improving.Challenges keep coming and gains are noticed.
