took my taxes there in February. asked for an estimate they said "oh it depends on what forms we need to fill" called weekly to check and got "we are working on them" finally April 13 they called and said we can come get them, again asked on the phone how much it was gonna be and was told "I don't have your file in front of me I'm only the secretary" went to pick them up and they want $650... haha that's funny... 3 months of nothing then a $650 bill... edit. I ended up taking my paperwork somewhere else after I was given it back and had my taxes redone for $200. When I took them back and showed that they had done them wrong they said "oh yea I guess I did do them wrong don't worry about the bill."
