I recently had an inspection with Pete from Clarity Homes and he was incredibly professional, thorough and really took the time to answer all of our questions. I also had to reschedule quite a few times and Tim from Clarity was always incredibly patient and worked with me to find a time that worked for everyone. Would highly recommend.

This is definitely an A+ inspection company. Scheduling online was very easy. Tim was my inspector and he was very professional and thorough. He not only walked me through everything he found, but also had pictures in the report to back it up. He also helped me plan accordingly by specifying things that needed immediate attention versus things I could most likely do myself as time allotted. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Clarity Home Inspections! The process of scheduling was easy with no hassle. They took the time to answer every question in detail as well as took the time to do a thorough walk through. It is my first time buying, so it was nice to have that experience. They also offer re-inspection services, which is great because I was not able to check some things on my own. I would definitely recommend and use their services again. :)
