It was a pleasure working with Neil whom was recommended by our realtor. Neil was more thorough with the inspection, caught a particular item that is not easy to find. Neil responds quickly to inquiries and provides status updates in a timely manner. I will use Proven Home Inspection Service again given the need and highly recommend Neil.Services: 11th month warranty inspections

This is my second time using Proven Home Inspection and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Neil is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and leaves no “stone unturned “ when completing an inspection. He takes his time going over the inspection results and answering any questions you might have. After his inspections I knew exactly what repairs needed to be requested and made me feel much more knowledgeable about the house I was purchasing.
