I love this dentist I drove over an hour to go there and they took care of me immediately. I don't understand why other people have issues, My main issue is them answering the phone other than that they are great..
Full of people and no place to sit or park . On a Friday but they got me in with in a month of calling them. But they don't do call reminders or I didn't get one. They are very busy and everyone is right about they don't answer the phone I called for 2 weeks just to make a appointment it's crazy she needs more help. Or bigger place. They all seem very nice.
The ladies there are very nice, but I drive an hour from another city to be seen. And was there only 15 mins. The doctor or PA that I seen was not concerned about the reason why I was there. I was in pain from a tooth. She looked at me and immediately suggested dentures. With no regard for the tooth that I was there about. This is after waiting weeks to be seen. And then I was referred to a surgeon who is telling me I have to wait until July to be seen. Complete disregard of the extraction that I was there for. It was an emergency appointment but not treated like an emergency.
