I have never had a bad experience at this place until today. Every other time I’ve been to this place I have had caring medical professionals. My child has a white tongue, a red throat and her ears are bothering her. But they will not even see her because I refused a Covid test. They refused service to me today because my child has a mild fever and I refused a Covid test. A Covid test is absolute torture to anybody especially a young child. What kind of medical provider won’t even do a throat swab when strep throat is obviously going around? Has everyone lost their mind? I have been a patient at the clinic several times now and my children have as well. I am proud of the clinic how thorough the providers are. I didn’t want to get COVID tested again but it wasn’t bad. My kids didn’t even cry when they were done. We have had strep run through the household and thank God COVID has been negative. Staff is friendly and quick.
