I am not sure why Michael P. had such a bad experience. Mine was the opposite. I found Mr. Cogswell very competent and knowledgeable. The front desk employee was efficient and quickly made an appointment for my sister and myself. Everyone was very personable and our tax paperwork was done quickly. Five-star tax preparation experience!
