Man... I feel like they downloaded my brain into a body 10 years younger ? Lalai Day Spa is amazing. I hurt my back shoveling snow recently and after that massage it feels even better than it did before I hurt it. Highly recommend. Very professional, the ladies are super nice, extremely relaxing, the place was very clean and welcoming. 10/10 would definitely go again (I went to the St Matthews location)

Always the best service and wonderful treatments. I come monthly for a massage and now have started visiting the head spa as well. I always look forward to my time at Lalai. Highly recommend you give them a try for all your wellness needs!

I cannot spread enough positivity about this place! Trying to find an establishment that will do couples massages in the same room is difficult, but Lalai does and so much more! I had my first solo massage with Barinda and she is fabulous. Such a professional, clean and friendly setting. You are truly catered to whilst here. Please give it a try. You will have no regrets!
