“Yes, EXCEPT, today, April 17, 2025, is the second time I’ve wasted a 27 mile trip because somehow my appointment for 1000 cleaning got canceled; IN SPITE that I received a confirming email a few days ago AND again this morning at 0911! Very frustrating! I have to wonder how many others have their scheduled appointments get deleted. I would immediately go somewhere else but for Dr Harmon, and him being friends with our orthodontist friend; HOWEVER, he needs to be aware of the scheduling issues.“

They were using a brand-new software system and were very apologetic for any minor delays, making sure I was comfortable as they worked out the kinks. The hygienist gave me a thorough tour of the office and introduced me to the doctor before starting any procedures. I appreciated seeing the personal photos, which added a personal touch to the office's rich history. It's clear that the hygienist has been dedicated to this practice and the provider for decades. The atmosphere was wonderful—very clean and inviting. They made everything straightforward and easy. Highly recommend!“
