I went in for what I thought was plantar fasciitis at the Maysville Kentucky Primary Plus and was sent for x-ray's. I found out I had a bone spur but then was sent upstairs to have an ultrasound on my right leg. I was told that I had a blood clot in my right leg+which the last time I checked was pretty serious. My Doctor at the time sent me over to the ER to have blood work done and put me in blood thinners. Since then, I have made at LEAST five phone calls to Primary Plus over the last month+ and nothing has been done, no phone call from the hemitalogis like I was told I would get to set up an appointment and nothing from anyone at Primary Plus. When I have spoken to a few people at Primary Plus I have been told to call the hematologist myself to set up an appointment when actually it should be THEIR job to call and set the appointment up, NOT ME!!! I have called the hematologist three different times and left messages and have gotten no response from them and likewise from Primary Plus. No one seems to know what they are doing at this facility nor care. I even consulted my neighbor who is a Lawyer and was told to keep documentation of all that I have tried to do. Primary Plus Pharmacy doesn't even give you any information attached with the medicine that is prescribed to you and half the time doesn't even put warning labels on the bottles to let you know if it causes drowsiness, not to "operate machinery or vehicles" or labels saying "should be taken with food". I'm surprised the facility hasn't been turned into the FDA and the AMA for the treatment or lack thereof that is given to patients.
