Listen, if I could give more stars, I would. Let me tell you my (our) experience with Christopher from KY'Z plumbing.Naturally, it was a Friday evening and after business hours. Long story short, we had absolutely no idea where the water shut off was and looked everywhere. We tried to contact anyone with the water company to tell us where we could locate it, which was non-existent, especially in our little town. Found the main(s), (all three) and they were filled with mud; dug as much as we could, stopped not only due to the mud, but saw some wires and wasn't sure what was going on.The companies we tried to contact were closed, and no one returned calls or messages except one, but he was out of town. Meanwhile, we went under the house to try to find a shut off, found it, and that was the source of the leak; we were able to close it enough to hold us over til Monday.Contacted the fella who was out of town again and had no reply. I started looking for local plumbers again. Living rurally, it is hard to find a good, reputable plumber who won't hassle and try to nickel and dime you for a quick buck. Finally, I contacted Christopher with KY'Z plumbing, sent a message, and within 10 minutes, had a reply. Asked him if he serviced our area, and he said yes; told him what was going on, and he said he'd be out the next day, first thing in the morning.Christopher showed up on time and walked him out to the neighbors where the meters were. They were all filled with mud. Poor guy worked so hard to try to figure out which main was the one to shut off. He must've dug for about a good half hour to get to the right one. Mind you, it was a cloudy, hot, and very humid day. He was able to fix our leak, replace the valve, and be done. He even disposed of all the mud he dug out. I mean, who does that? (Scored high in my book). He finished in a timely manner. The majority of the hard work was digging the mud. I really felt bad for him, bless him.I will recommend Christopher to my friends and family. Heck, anyone I come across for any plumbing needs. He is upfront and lets you know what needs to be done. A good fella with a great work ethic, and it's hard to find people like him. Us, as consumers, need to praise the good ones like him. His price was fair, and the work was great. He will be our go-to guy! Also, I will have him back to pressure wash the gutters.If you need a good, reliable plumber contact Christopher you will not be disappointed. We had a water heater emergency. We were given KYZ’s number and even though it 6:30 in the evening, he came right away and went with us to Lowe’s and picked out a new water heater. He even helped a few customers while we were waiting for help! LOLHe worked until after 10:00pm with absolutely no complaints and was very friendly and professional. He hauled off the old heater for us, and charged a very fair price. My family and I were very grateful to have this fixed so quickly. Would highly recommend.Service: Water heater installation

My toilets and tubs weren’t draining properly. Googled plumbers in my area and came across this company. I called them and they were out of cell service at the time. Chris got back in service and returned my call and he literally showed up at my place within about 30-45 minutes. He had to cut my main septic line before it went into my septic tank and had to auger it. Got the line cleared and put back together. He took care of my problem and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Chris and his assistant were very polite and got the job done. Thanks for getting me out of a bind on such short notice and at 5 o’ clock on Friday evening.Services: Drain cleaning
