I've used them 3 times in the last year. Adam was the one who came out every time. He is very good at his job, Professional, goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly
I ended up not needing to use Sullivans Plumbing BUT let me tell you, their customer service is top tier. I gave them a call after several plumbers didn’t show. Sullivan’s didn’t have time to fit me in that day but put me on their list. I explained that since I was out of town (Princeton) that I try to find someone local but to keep me on their list in case the next person I called didn’t show. Not only did they call the check in with me that afternoon, they also called to check in with me the next morning to see if my plumber showed and if I still needed them. It was so nice to feel like they really cared about me and my family. If you’re in Madisonville I highly recommend them!! ❤️
I can't say enough good things about Sullivan's Plumbing! My basement filled up with about 3 feet of water the night the most recent tornado hit Madisonville & the power went out. My sump pump couldn't work. I checked my basement on Memorial Day and saw my washer tilted on its side from the high water! I called Sullivan's on Memorial Day and left a message but felt certain I wouldn't hear back until Tuesday. Tammy happened to get my message, & she called back that day & said Jimmy could come. I cannot shout their praises enough! Jimmy worked on pumping out the water for hours that day & came back the next, pumped the rest out, showed me the damaged hot water heater, came back with the new one, and got it installed & a drain covering placed over my sump pump. He & his helper were friendly and professional. And, I thank Tammy for getting back to me so quickly & for showing compassion for my situation.
