Hopkins County Heating, Air & Electrical serves the heating and cooling needs of the Western Kentucky area as a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer. The company is recognized for its good customer service and quality installations, with highly qualified technicians available for all brands. They also offer electrical services. Customers appreciate the professionalism and respect shown by the staff, particularly during installations. However, some experiences have highlighted delays in part shipments, which can lead to extended periods without air conditioning during extreme weather. Overall, the company is recommended for its integrity, dependability, and commitment to maintaining comfort in homes through excellent service and preventative maintenance checks.
They are great company to deal with. Came out quickly and gave an estimate. The price was very reasonable. The quality of work was exceptional and professional. Everything was clean when they left and there was no telltale signs that they had even been there. The Bryant Heating And Air system works great. And the buying experience and installation could not have been any better.
We have done business with Hopkins County Heat and Air for 50+ years. We recently had a problem with our AC. Barry, Dustin and Joe took care of the problem quickly and were very respectful of us and our home. We appreciate Casey and his entire staff for getting this repair completed in a timely manner.
Amazing service, great price and super helpful and friendly.
