The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. There's plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and restrooms. There's 2 elevators. My visits so far have been about 30 minutes due to everyone being efficient.

I had an MRI on 6/10. Mind you, I’m frail and 70 yrs old strapped down on the MRI table. The Radiologist doing MRI stood over me looking down, chewing me out for several minutes because I told him where the IV would work best. (Telling him how to do his job. Said that was rude) I will advocate for myself. I’ve had MRI techs try 5-6 times to get the IV started.
They need to record what goes on in that trailer. It reminded me of elder abuse you see in rest homes. What small, hateful sad excuse for a man.

I would give 0 stars, but I do love my doc. Dr Farmer has been nothing but amazing. However, the lab and other staff here need some training in compassion and sensitivity. I am a hard stick and let the lab tech know...she basically looked at me like I was stupid and had the most condescending attitude I've ever seen. Acted like I didn't know my own veins and like she was just too aggravated to be at work. May have to consider a new doc if other services can't live up to his service.

Dr McGree is awesome and a very kind and Thoughtful Dr that really cares about his Patients if he can't find what is wrong he makes sure he finds a Dr or a specialists that can help you..the best place building, waiting area and Dr's office

Had appointment at 9:20 am waited an hour never got to see Regina Sisk asked the lady at the desk and she said she forgot to put me in the system.

Always clean. Always nice peeople from the time you enter until you leave. I have a great dr.. Dr. Newcom. Compared to other pain clinics this one is ran very well!

Clean, professional, courteous bunch of folks. You really couldn't get yourself better doctoring around these parts. My wait times are never long, and they are always understanding of I am running late. Thanks y'all!
