However, when my air conditioning went out during the weeklong heat advisory that we experienced last week, I thought (assumed) that the part that was needed to repair my air conditioner would be shipped overnight so the repair would happen quickly. That didn’t happen; it took 4 business days (plus the weekend) for the part to come in,
and I was without air conditioning for an entire week during the extreme heat wave. Next time I’ll ask for expedited shipping and repair.“
