We have used Fulcrum twice and both times have been the same experience. They are timely, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. You get text messages keeping you updated throughout the process. They even send you a picture of the arriving technician and vehicle to look for. I would highly recommend them.
I came home from work and my house was 85 degrees! I called them and the came out first thing in the morning. They were prompt, Eddie was very nice and answered all my questions. Also reasonable! I highly recommend!! They really saved the day!
Our AC was not working correctly and as anyone in western KY knows its hot. So zi called fulcrum at 6 o'clock that night, and was surprised when they said they could be here tomorrow. The next afternoon I received a text stating the tech was on their way even provided a picture of him. The young man named Dylan, arrived at our house before I got home, and went straight to work. He had my AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. Dylan is a wonderful young man, very polite, courteous, and professional. He answered all my questions which was alot of them, and had a smile the entire time. Dylan because of you Fulcrum know has a new customer.
