Black Pearl has lived up to my expectations. They have kind and caring people who are very friendly and professional. Communication has never been a problem. Alicia shearer is one of the best TOM/CRS.... she knows her job in and out .. she explains to employees in great detail the duties of their jobs... She also explains what she expects of employees... She also tried to work around our schedules if we needed a day off.. the Madisonville office (remote) office has grown so much in the last several months.. it's a pleasure to work for her...
