The lady that answers the phone down there is the rudest loudest mouth screaming person I have ever talked to on the phone. I'm very sick and I didn't need someone screaming at me accusing me. They went behind my back and called my primary care physician and changed my appointment when I did not ask them to and they did not inform me that they were going to do it. When I called and try to talk to him about it the lady on the phone just got louder and louder and more accusing with me. I don't need to be going through this My blood pressure is already high.
