The WORST “massage” experience of my life. The woman gave my “massage” repeatedly went in and out of the room, which was the exact opposite of a peaceful environment. Also I didn’t get an actual massage, it was more like a 45 minute back rub. Their prices aren’t consistent and they literally force you to tip. DO NOT GO.

The massage started on time, but within the first 15 minutes my therapist left the room for about 6 minutes to talk with staff and customers at the front, which disrupted the experience. She did offer 5 extra minutes, which I appreciated, but it felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to make it right.
At checkout, the situation became uncomfortable. The massage was $70 and I handed her $80. She told me I needed to tip 20% ($14). I then gave an additional $10 (so $20 total) and asked for $6 back to make it an even $14 tip. She laughed and said she would only give me $5 back.
That interaction felt very unprofessional. The massage itself was barely decent at best but the customer service and overall experience completely turned me off. I won’t be returning.

Don't come here unless you like being AGGRESSIVELY told how much to tip. I was going to put half in cash and half on the card. They thought I was just going to use the cash and I swear if I didn't put more money on the card they would have locked the door. If you expect a certain amount of money included it in the cost. I'm still in shock. I've never experienced this anywhere in my life. The massage was mid.

The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, warm, and inviting. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile. The spa itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with soothing scents and soft music that instantly relaxes you. My therapist Amy was incredible, attentive, professional, and skilled. She took the time to ask about my preferences and any areas of tension before starting, and tailored the massage perfectly to my needs. Every movement felt intentional and restorative, and by the end, I felt completely renewed. 5 stars for me!

This has got to be the worst massage I have ever experienced of the many many that I have had.
First off, they leave the doors wide open to the rooms and you hear all the chatter going up and down the hallways
When the girl came in, she could not communicate, she started rubbing my neck then she went to my glutes, then to my feet. I had originally scheduled for an hour however saw how horribly this massage was going and cut the session at 30.
I went ahead and paid the 30 minute rate, even though it was definitely NOT deserved. Then they had the nerve to ask me for some kind of tip. I respectfully refused based upon the horrible service and the many distractions. I will NEVER go this place again.
Note to business: Close the door, so your customers don’t hear the chatter chatter of the employees running up and down the hallways and other customers.
Train your therapists or get them licensed.
Don’t ask for tips for a subpar service.
