I bought my glasses at the Optical Center at Walmart on Westport Road location. Everyone there were so accommodating and made you feel like there was no one else in the store. She gave me her undivided attention the whole time she was working with me’. I will go NO WHERE ELSE FOR MY GLASSES!!! Highly recommend. A+++
We had to bring my 2 year old in today 1/25/2025 to repair his broken glasses and purchase a backup pair and we had the absolute pleasure of meeting John! He was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old by getting him to try on different glasses and when my son reached up indicating he wanted to be held John didn’t hesitate picking him up. It made the whole process go smoother while he helped my son pick a new pair of glasses and my son was all smiles and completely comfortable with him. Absolutely wonderful experience and I cannot recommend John enough!
I liked some glasses that I saw in the Walmart Vision Center while shopping one day. While I wasn't able to have my prescription filled at this location, I was still able to purchase a complete set of glasses here with my prescription from another company.I have never received the type of service from an eye wear company as I did at this particular location. The store associate greeted me upon entering the store and even helped me while I looked for glasses that I liked. She would hand me a different pair that were similar to ones she saw that I liked. That is something I have never experienced before this visit. I have always been left to find glasses on my own.... read full review
