I was reluctant to get checked out after a car accident, but my pain was getting worse so I decided to visit this urgent care location. I liked that I could see the anticipated wait time on the website before I arrived, and that they were able to take x-ray images on site. But more than that, every single person I interacted with for my care was so warm, gentle, and empathetic. And every single person made sure to introduce themselves, which is shockingly uncommon in my experience. I felt strong empathy from the whole team, and it was so appreciated. It made a stressful situation much more tolerable.
Every single staff member, from reception to Physician are exceptional. Anytime my children come down with something, this is where we go. I not only enjoy our visit, they know their stuff and take time to listen to your concerns and answer every question. 10 out of 10..highly recommend!
I was waiting for less then 10 minutes in the lobby. Everyone was kind and courteous. I got with the provider quickly and got the treatment and medicine that I needed. I was very happy with my experience
