Tim was very helpful! My fiance and I are repairing a koi pond and we've bought 2 liners that have not held up, so I called for product advice and he not only helped me but took time to send me links for the product he recommended... if I need help with this pond or ever build another one, Two Fish will be the ones doing it. This is the only pond business I would ever send a referral. Honest work and solid knowledge on his art. I have sent their information to friends many times over the past decade. Everyone has always been satisfied.
I called Two Fish to come out and look at my pump in my koi pond. They were close by so came straight over. He checked out the pump and told me the easy fix for it. Didn't even charge me for the visit but we discussed building a new pond when I move next year. I would definitely feel comfortable using them for any maintenance issues and my new build in the future.
