This place is a mess. He barely answers the phone during his posted business hours. I got a dress hemmed for a wedding and it was not only hemmed way too short, but it was very uneven. I would not recommend coming here

Walter, the proprietor, is a great guy. He's quiet, but friendly - very down to earth. You'll walk in into his space in the office building, and you'll know he's devoted to what he does. He invests the vast majority of his time into his craft - sometimes at the sacrifice of maintaining a clean environment. But this should not in any way affect your decision to go to him.He takes very accurate measurements and is very precise with his tailoring. Whatever you want done is what Walter will do. He tailors all day every day - sometimes even seven days a week. He is not always timely with accomplishing what you need done, but he makes up for it in the quality... read full review

Do not go to this place unless you want your dress ruined or you enjoy extremely rude customer service. I had very high hopes when I first met this business owner. Most of the reviews spoke very highly of him. He was polite and reassured that he could complete some very minor alterations for my casual wedding dress in a timely manner. He pushed back the finish date multiple times, and when I finally got my dress from him, it was seriously 2-3 sizes smaller than before! I couldn't even get it on or zip it up. There were little blue pen marks all over the white fabric. When I called him to complain, he was very rude to me over the phone. He and my husband got into... read full review
