Placed and order for photo books on Thursday evening and paid for rush printing, as the website states as long as it’s in before Friday afternoon, it will be ready Saturday. Called Saturday my books had not been started, and due to staffing would not be ready until Monday. They were gifts for the weekend. Stated on Saturday I’d like someone to call me when they were ready and refund my rush fee. Called twice Monday and no answer. Called on Tuesday they had canceled my order and refunded the full amount due to confusion on their end. Then I was told I could reorder them and they’d be ready Friday, unless I paid the rush fee again!!!! Absolutely not. The error was on their part, they should have rushed the order at the normal price. Not charge me more for their mistake. I wil take my printing needs elsewhere. Very unorganized and lack of communication between 3 people I spoke to.

I almost don't want to leave a review so I can keep gatekeeping this print refinery, but they're too good to not give them a shoutout. I use them for all my business and personal printing and they've been nothing but amazing, quick, and responsive.
Special shoutout to my girl Christine - she dealt with some shipping address chaos I had when shipping business cards to a colleague and was still so funny & nice & patient with me.

Print Refinery never disappoints! They always get my work done with an incredibly quick turnaround, which I truly appreciate. Most recently, they digitized our old VHS tapes onto CDs and a thumb drive and even labeled everything so nicely. It turned into the most meaningful Christmas gift for my family - priceless memories from over 30 years ago brought back to life.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service. I’m beyond happy with the results!

Great service and high quality work! I got a vintage motorcycle brochure turned into three gorgeous posters. They did a great job helping me choose the sizing and material for the posters, and they sent updates during the printing process until the work was ready for pickup.

Quality of the banner couldn't be lower. We odered it done in emergency, paid double price, and get something back which we are ashamed to use for Monday presentation for Kentucky Chamber of commerce

Great service, and the price is super affordable! Highly recommended! I only print one page, and forgot to bring cash and they waived my charge! Just a reminder, if you print less pages, bring the cash!
