Kaitlyn is great! Very friendly and professional, I wish there were more lash styles to choose from but other than the lack of options the cleanliness and experience keeps me coming, I dont usually sign up for memberships but their staff is great and im glad I signed up.
My eyelashes look great and the lash artist was really sweet and took your time and did a really good job on my eyelashes. The receptionist was also fantastic explaining how the membership works and all the different ways that I could pay. I also liked that she explained the different packages.
She was very professional, very clean place very knowledged in her field. Even when we had a little mishap of some falling out, she immediately rectified it and made an appointment. She’s very informative of how to take care of them and an amazing job on my lashes, thank you so much.
