I reached out very last minute on a stormy Friday night - our air conditioner decided to stop working on the hottest day of the summer after 5 pm! I called this amazing company and in less than 40 minutes -Eric came in the storm and had no reservations about working out in the rain to make sure we had cool air before he left! He worked outside in the rain for at least 20 min getting our air conditioning up and running again! The entire time he had a smile on his face! He was drenched! Wow!
