Absolutely pleased with Christian and his crew as usual! Have never been less than absolutely happy with the work and the ease with which I have when they are here. A perfectly beautiful experience as it has been for several years now for me!.
The technicians did a great job, in both completing the work and explaining potential problems. The carpet looks and smells fine. The sofa is amazing; it looks good as new after some hard wear by my little dog. She likes to snuggle next to me in the evenings. It’s a joy but had left the sofa “dog dirty.” I really appreciate the great job they did on both the floors and sofa.
Nik did a great job. He showed up on time explain what he was going to do and what we could expect and then went about cleaning the chairs. The results look good and will only get better as the chairs and cushions dry. We’re very pleased with the work that was done.
