Can’t say enough good things about this company so professional, good communication through out the project. Left the house tidy between days, prompt , on time everyday hard workers with construction and painter and everyone from office worker to bid team to supervisors to workers. Wish they built my house, honest and thorough.

I hired sunshine builders & foundation repair to evaluate the home's foundation after I had purchased it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! They answered all of my inquiries immediately and kept me updated at every stage of the procedure. Lee was the inspector assigned to my case; he's a pleasant person and showed great professionalism throughout the whole inspection procedure. He had to visit the property twice to complete the total foundation inspection because there are renters living there.
