This place is blessed with an amazing, helpful staff but the app is trash! You would think a company of this size would have their tech under control. The app was bad last year and it’s worse this year.

I visited on 09/17/2024 around 6 P.M. or so and I am so sorry, I didn’t get the names of the ladies working up front but they were amazing! Somehow my membership got terminated and I have a very good membership price locked in! Not only did they call and get the issue resolved they went ahead and got me back for a courtesy tan while they figured it out! Thank you so so much!
