I have used this place for several years now, however, lately when I go and get a spray tan, it is not lasting, and does not come in full color. I am unsure if they are using a new solution or if the newer staff is not keeping them full. I just know that my tans have changed significantly in the past couple months. And I do not have this issue if I go to a different salon. Additionally, this salon is used a lot during lunch time, it would be great if the staff kept the beds clean so as we do not have to wait so much, which is what I do see happen often.

Emily is the sweetest person ever and walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and it was a genuine conversation. All of the staff here is wonderful and are so welcoming and patient. This location isn't the closest to me but I will gladly drive farther because of how awesome the staff is.

This location is fantastic. I was ready to cancel my vip membership but down graded instead because of the salon 6 minutes from my house. My experience there was beyond horrible. I work close to St Matthews location so I gave it a shot. From the first time I walked in my experience was great. I was greeted and treated like a VIP even though they never seen me before or knew my membership. It just kept getting better and better. The assistant manager was my first contact and later the salon manager. I decided to upgrade back to VIP because of them. I’m so bad with names.
