Hair dressers that are not trust worthy. A hairdresser charged me 200.00 to do my daughter's hair, my 12 year old at the time wanted a keratin treatment but instead got some type of perm that fried her hair, when I asked the hairdresser what she did she stated she thought we wanted my daughters hair curly lol my daughter has natural curly hair: my daughter wanted it straight. She screwed my daughter's hair up: she stated she would correct the issue and never did. I lost 225.00 in total. Called the owners and let them know what happened and he said after discussing with his husband the co-owner there was nothing they could do that the issue is between me and the hairdresser. Hairdressers name is Crystal. She stopped responding to text, never corrected her mistake. My daughter had to wear her hair in a bun for damn near 2 years because she was embarrassed of her hair that was fried by Crystal. I'm sure there are good hairdressers there but I'll never return and I was a loyal customer for years for myself and 2 daughters. Owners should have owned up and offered to fix my daughter's hair or return my money but they didn't, bad business all around.

Southern Comfort has the best staff around. My family and I have been going there for years for haircuts and color for me. We have seen Sean, Hannah, Denise, and I see Jenny. I also see Monica for massages, and she is phenomenal.
