Ms. Shay is a true hair professional! I had been looking for a while for a stylist, who would take a holistic approach to healthy hair care! When I say holistic, I mean not only is she is honest about what your hair needs to be healthy, she also educates you on what you need to keep it going between visits. I knew from the moment I walked in to her establishment, Ms. Shay will be my stylist as long as I'm in the Louisville area. My hair cut and hair health are outstanding thanks to her care!
