This is the best animal clinic around. I appreciate all of the staff so much. Recently Dr Sam helped with my senior cat. He listened to me. He took time with my cat, who is over 14. This is a difficult experience but I'm grateful for the compassion the whole staff show. Thank you.
Tearfully had to make the choice to send Nibbles to the bridge. The Dr that helped him was very compassionate and allowed me to spend as much time as I needed with him and explained the process. It has however been 16 days and he hasn't come home yet. The vet told me 3-5 days maybe a week. Then I called 4 days ago only to be told "a few days" each time I call it's a different time frame. It's been more than enough time.
I have taken my cats here for the past 5 years and I have no complaints at all. They do have long wait sometimes, but it's worth it because they do have very cheap pricing. And they are very efficient and thoroughly explain everything that's going on with your animal. I've walked in to get flea medication, I came here when my cat was having movement issues, They got their rabie shots here. The only thing that I advise is bringing cash if you are paying for a service because they do charge a small fee for the card
