It's a good place, I took my amazonian bird to this place and the personal was excellent, the explain everything and treat us good. The waiting time was reasonable and they told me exactly how much I would be there! I'm thankful I'm found out about them.
I love Shively. Honestly i went to 2 other vets because i live across the river and the experiences were horrid. So i am just gonna stay at shively where I know my babies will be well taken care of.
I went in for an emergency with my cat, Pichu, and had to leave him hospitalized for three days. The staff were very kind and professional and explained everything in detail; throughout those three days, they kept me updated on my baby's progress. Afterward, I was able to take him home with a treatment plan and prescription food, and they even call throughout the week to check on how he’s doing. Honestly, I have no words to thank them enough for all the support regarding my concerns and worries about my baby.
