I’ve had a great experience with all the vets at this clinic. I just lost my Shih Tzu to liver cancer recently, and they cared for him until his last day with great kindness. I still go here with another dog, who is in kidney failure. My text messages are always answered promptly. The techs are very helpful, too. Just have to mention Alyssa by name. She has been there through a few difficult visits, as I navigate health challenges with senior dogs. She always checks on me and remembers me by name. Very thoughtful staff throughout the clinic,

The staff and veterinarian are so kind and compassionate towards my pet Luna! They are always there to assist with any questions or concerns I have for my fur baby. I recommend this clinic to anyone! Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, which made the experience much less stressful for both me and my pet. I love SRVC!

We always appreciate the staff and doctors at Shelbyville Rd. Vet Clinic, especially when they stay over and help when our dogs are very sick! We have always had the best service and trust their doctors to keep our fur babies in their best health.

Shelbyville Road Veterinary Clinic is staffed with professionals who genuinely care about your pet friend. Our experience with Drs. Schmidtchen and Watt has been A+. One of the best things is that they take you into an exam room immediately at your appointed time, and the Dr. magically magically enters right on time as if she were waiting for you. Imagine if your general practitioner did that. One minor glitch in the matrix is that spay and neuters cost literally 10x what you will pay at the Shelby Co. Human Society, but that doesn't detract from the professional service and excellent experience you receive on every visit.
