I have spent 37 years with only dying my natural hair maybe 7 times and never had it professionally done. recently I got it done I saved my money to get something new something exciting only to walk out feeling unheard and really bad about it. it wasn't that it was just bad it was nothing like what I asked for it made me have less confidence so I reached out to a friend Samantha wright at shear serenity hair studio and told her what happened and she took on the job to fix it. I felt I was in better hands especially since I knew her well enough to know she wouldn't steer me or anyone else wrong. I'm pleased to say I've had a huge smoke on my face all day I absolutely love my hair. she listened to every detail and did exactly what I was asking. she even walked me through the process of what we needed to do to achieve what I wanted and quite frankly she nailed it❤️🎯💯 I will definitely recommend her and this salon in the future. anyone looking for hair style or color or both I highly suggest checking her out.
