Truly enjoyed my first ever yoga class. I hope to be able to try another. This was such a nice and peaceful atmosphere for all the energy being used! Linda made sure that my technique was correct which helped tremendously! Oh yeah nice people all around you!
I've taken a lot of yoga with several instructors. Not one had the creativity or knowledge base that Linda has. Her understanding of the body is so very evident in how she teaches and instructs those with injury or pain. Whatever your goal or concern, give the class a try.
